My Story

Hi there, I’m Liz, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I’ve always felt a deep calling to help others heal. Over the years, I’ve cultivated my skills to not only heal myself but also to offer support and guidance to those on their own healing journey. Through reiki, shamanic healing, and hypnotherapy, I’m honored to help individuals tap into their own innate ability to restore balance, clarity, and peace.

I became a Reiki Master in 2020, a certified Shamanic Practitioner in 2022, a certified Hypnotherapist in 2023, and an Archangelic Light Practitioner in 2026. These practices have brought me profound personal transformation, and I’m passionate about sharing these tools with others. I’m always seeking new techniques and learning, as I believe that growth is an ongoing process–not just for my clients but for me as well.

My friends describe me as compassionate, nurturing, and deeply genuine. I like to think of myself as a calm presence, though I’ll admit I can be a bit stubborn at times (it’s all part of my commitment to helping you get where you need to go!).
