Energy Healing Services
Welcome. These Terms & Conditions are here to create clarity and mutual respect, and set safe guidelines for our work together. By booking, participating in, or receiving services through Healing Wave Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
1. Nature of Services
The services offered through Healing Wave Studios include, but are not limited to, Reiki, shamanic energy work, archangelic light work, guided meditation, and spiritual or energetic support sessions. These services are offered as harmonious, non-invasive practices intended to support relaxation, self-awareness, and personal growth.
Energy healing sessions may be conducted online (via Zoom video conferencing or distance energy work) or in person for clients local to me, depending on availability and mutual agreement.
Each individual’s experience is unique. No specific outcome or result is promised or guaranteed.
2. Not Medical or Mental Health Care
The services provided are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment, and are not a substitute for care from licensed medical or mental health professionals.
I do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, please seek guidance from a qualified healthcare provider.
You agree to continue any medical or mental health treatment currently prescribed to you unless advised otherwise by a licensed professional.
3. Voluntary Participation & Client Responsibility
Your participation in energy healing services is entirely voluntary.
By engaging in these services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
- You understand that energy healing may bring up emotional, physical, or energetic sensations that may be uncomfortable.
- You agree to listen to your body and communicate your needs, boundaries, or discomfort at any time.
- You may pause or stop a session at any point.
4. No Guarantees
While many people find energy healing supportive and meaningful, individual experiences vary. No guarantees, warranties, or assurances are made regarding results, outcomes, or transformations.
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
5. Scheduling, Payment, and Fees
Session fees, packages, and payment options are listed on the website or booking platform.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Sessions will not be held or confirmed without payment.
All prices are subject to change at any time.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your time and energy—and mine—are valued.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full.
- Exceptions may be made at my discretion for emergencies or unexpected circumstances. Please contact me should such a situation arise.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of energy healing services and the time reserved for you, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered for completed sessions or unused portions of packages unless otherwise stated in writing, or negotiated prior to the start of your session.
8. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during sessions is treated with care and confidentiality.
Confidentiality may be broken only if required by law or if there is a reasonable belief of risk of harm to yourself or others.
9. Professional Boundaries
Healing Wave Studios’ practice is rooted in respect, integrity, and clear energetic and professional boundaries. I will communicate respectfully and honestly throughout each session. In addition, please note the following:
- Sessions are strictly non-sexual and non-romantic.
- Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or boundary violations will not be tolerated.
- I reserve the right to end a session or decline future services if boundaries are not respected.
10. Client Conduct
You agree to engage respectfully and honestly throughout each session. Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in termination of services without refund.
11. Assumption of Risk
By participating in energy healing services, you acknowledge that these practices may involve emotional, physical, or energetic responses and that you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this practice shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services.
Any liability, if found, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healing Wave Studios from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your participation in services or misuse of information provided.
14. Online & Distance Sessions
For online or distance sessions, you acknowledge that:
- Technology may occasionally fail or be interrupted.
- You are responsible for ensuring a private, secure, and appropriate environment.
- No responsibility is assumed for technical difficulties beyond reasonable control.
15. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, session recordings, meditations, written materials, and methodologies are the intellectual property of Healing Wave Studios and may not be copied, recorded, shared, or distributed without written permission.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
17. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or related to these services shall first be addressed through good-faith communication. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation or other alternative dispute resolution methods prior to litigation, where permitted by law.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By booking a session, participating in services, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
